Description
Artistic rendering, based on my original film photo, of the Chapel of the Holy Cross in Sedona, Arizona, built in 1956 atop a 250-foot-high spur of rock near the Devils Kitchen, Highway 179A on Chapel Road. The chapel offers an unimpeded view of the Sedona scenery through a glass wall behind the altar.
Offset frontal view depicting the simple but striking architecture of the exterior, the ruggedness of the red rocks into which it was built, and green trees in the lower foreground. Image has been signed by the artist.

Judy, thank you for wonderful comment on this image, and for featuring it so beautifully in your group, Landscape and Landmark Photography. I'm delighted that you like the processing. Often those little risks we take as artists work out nicely, and I liked knowing this worked for you.
