Congress Avenue in downtown Austin, Texas, looking toward the Texas State Capitol in October 2011. The Friday noon traffic was heavy, in part, because The University of Texas was preparing to play Oklahoma State the next day in Austin. A cyclist, plus a bike rack on a car in the foreground, show this city's orientation toward being environmentally savvy. Bicycles and cyclists are a common sight.
