Description
Open-air hotel lobby in Kaanapauli, Maui, Hawaii, filled with tropical plants and palm trees. Rendered as an abstract digital arts image, using a cloud texture filter, creating a riot of vivid colors. The original photo was fine, though it included some possibly identifiable hotel guests. I was just having some fun and liked the result.

I ordered a box of notecards featuring this image, and couldn't be happier with the result. Because it's not proportional to the 5x7 greeting card format, I sized the photo to touch the side edges (rather than lose part of the image to cropping), then chose the black background--which appears as a black band on the top and bottom edges. It might sound a bit odd, but it actually looks sharp. I LOVE these cards. They're especially nice for a birthday or other celebration. Very versatile and definitely different! Works well for a variety of products too. Take a look and see what you need.
