Digital abstract rendering of a tiny sago palm found brown and lifeless in a field of dead grass, in what used to be someone's front yard. It was found in the devastated beachfront community of Surfside, Texas, several months after Hurricane Ike in 2008. One photographer who understood this image, and the story behind it, said she could see it as a framed print in a Florida mansion.

This true aesthetic loves beautiful things, from architecture to the intricate details of flowers and plants. I enjoy making scenes look interesting and natural, as I saw them, and worthy of a place in your home, your office, your life. For 15 years I worked as a dental hygienist. Then I spent 25 years as an award-winning writer, graphic designer, and editorial consultant--skills I still use in this venue and in helping others with special projects. This unique background, requiring discernment and perfection, helps ensure the quality of my work. I hope you will...
