Sailboat sailing in San Francisco Bay. The unidentifiable sailor is wearing a red jacket and cap, and looking toward the cityscape spread out before him. Photographed on a ferry from San Francisco to Sausalito in June 2009, looking toward Fisherman’s Wharf.
This new image is similar to another one in this gallery. I liked the composition enough to try it with a new photo-editing program, so I kicked it up a few notches but basically kept it as-shot with minimal enhancements. It differs from one posted several years ago in that the sailboat is angled more toward the mainland, and one sees more movement in the water.
