Description
Delicious colors in this square macro photograph of a single bright-pink-and-yellow hibiscus blossom in the garden in morning light. Square crop image from the same series as my "Morning Hibiscus in Gentle Light." This one, though, was processed for the first time in 2023, when new processing filters became available and I was able to carefully remove a stunning amount of haze from the atmosphere. Thus the colors are rendered quite differently here, though both have their place. When you're in my portfolio, just search the term "hibiscus" and see which you prefer. You should find quite a nice selection of beauties.
Setting is my tropical garden in early morning light. Dappled bokeh background emphasizes the beauty of this one single flower, fresh and fully opened, showing off its perfect stem, stamen, and pistils.
