Evergreens and granite, plus snow-capped glacial peaks, fill this Chilkoot Trail landscape scene near the U.S.A.- British Columbia, Canada border north of Skagway, Alaska. Based on my original photograph, captured from the Yukon & White Pass Scenic Railway in early September and rendered with an artistic painterly touch (paint daubs), enhancing the rugged beauty.
