Simple macro photograph of frosty stemware holding colorful frozen organic fruits quickly thawing in the morning sun: peaches, cantaloupe, pineapple, strawberries, grapes, and blueberries.
One of three images in this gallery—one vertical and two horizontal. This shows how well one can eat on a paleo program, also known as the caveman diet. The frosty look of the glassware occurred when the frozen fruit met the heat and humidity of an August morning in the South—in this case, a Texas Gulf Coast patio.
The paleo diet eliminates grains and sugar (other than limited fruit and natural carbs) and helps control blood sugar, autoimmune diseases, arthritis, gut issues, thyroid conditions, cancer, and other health problems.
This macro image in horizontal orientation is one of three, including one in portrait (vertical) orientation. You will find all three similar fruit pictures in this gallery. This one differs in its simplicity and closeness to the subject, and could be considered minimalism.
