Description
True black-and-white photo of Seattle's world-famous Space Needle, rising above a cityscape view from the dock area. Whereas so many images of the Space Needle are taken at Kerry park, this one was taken on a ferry near the cargo area of the port. That's one reason people have said they especially like it. Also available in color and as a black-and-white negative version, giving the appearance of a night shot. Cargo storage containers can be seen at lower left and high-rise buildings to the right.

Laura Mountainspring
nice image...has that ying/yang look
Connie Fox replied:
Thanks, Laura! Not only did your helpful comment send me scurrying to my dictionary (I only found yang with a brief mention of yin), it helped enlarge my view of the scene overall. It also inspired me to buy an updated dictionary!
